Product & Fabric
SkinSmart™ Lyocell is a next-generation fiber made from sustainably sourced wood pulp. Its naturally smooth surface creates far less friction and heat than standard cotton, making it one of the best fabrics for sensitive, eczema-prone skin.
Most “soft” tees use standard cotton with chemical dyes, raised seams, and plastic tags — all known irritants. SOS uses SkinSmart™, flat-lock seams, and zero tags. It’s skin-first from fiber to finish.
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener — the fabric is already engineered to stay soft, and softeners can leave residue that irritates sensitive skin.
Every SOS tee is pre-washed before it ships, so what arrives is final size. With cold wash and low-heat drying, shrinkage is minimal — SkinSmart™ holds its shape much better than standard cotton.

Yes. Our men’s and women’s tees are cut separately for the best fit — same fabric, same skin-first construction, tailored silhouettes.
